Store Manager
Lead and supervise the full restaurant team — cashiers, preps, cooks, and more. Maintain a positive work environment and deliver quality customer service at every shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the team: Cashiers, Preps, Cooks, and more
- Champion teamwork and pride in quality customer service
- Ensure guests receive kind, courteous, prompt service
- Ensure food is prepared correctly with utmost quality
- Maintain food safety standards
- Ensure breaks and meals are taken on time
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in restaurant management (REQUIRED — applications without will not be considered)
- Highly dependable and reliable
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Team-oriented leader, leads by example
- Excellent problem-solving and reasoning
- Operate a POS system and cash register
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
