Shift Leader
We are a fast-paced Mexican restaurant looking for responsible, reliable Supervisors to lead our teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a shift of 5-7 team members: cashier/server, line cook, prep, sanitation
- Champion a spirit of teamwork and pride in quality customer service
- Ensure guests receive kind, courteous, prompt service
- Ensure food is prepared correctly with utmost quality
- Maintain food safety standards
- Bilingual — English/Spanish is a plus
- Highly dependable and reliable
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Team-oriented leader, leads by example
- Excellent problem-solving and reasoning
- Operate a POS system and cash register
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Requirements
- Food Handler's Certificate
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
