Dishwasher
Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Dishwasher. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen — ensuring timely cleaning and sanitization of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment
- Organize and stack cleaned dishes for quick access
- Properly handle and store cleaned items
- Remove trash and recyclables from kitchen and dining areas
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and food prep areas
- Support kitchen staff with food prep as needed
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Work efficiently during peak hours
- Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
Requirements
- Prior dishwashing experience a plus, not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads
- Strong responsibility and attention to cleanliness
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
