Barback
Responsible for maintaining the bar's cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting bartenders, and ensuring a smooth operational flow to provide efficient and enjoyable customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock and replenish bar supplies, including glassware and ingredients
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
- Collect and dispose of empty glasses and bottles efficiently
- Ensure the bar is well-equipped and ready for peak service hours
- Support bartenders with tasks to maintain smooth operational flow
- Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
Requirements
- Prior experience in a barback or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to lift supplies and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of bar equipment, glassware, and drink ingredients
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
